Privacy notice: teldash

Version 2026-10-19-draft

This notice explains what teldash does with the details you send when you join the waitlist or subscribe to the newsletter on teldash.com.

Who collects your details

teldash collects them. To contact us about your details, write to [email protected].

What we collect

For the waitlist, the details in the form: your name, your work email, your agency's name, your country, how many clients your agency serves and the language your clients speak. We also keep the language of the page you used, the date and time you joined, the version of this notice you saw and the family of your browser (for example, "Chrome"), never the full browser details. We do not store your IP address.

The waitlist and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile receives your IP address and browser signals to decide, under Cloudflare's own terms. We do not store them.

Why we collect them

For the waitlist: to contact you about teldash and, if you are approved, to create your account with these details. We do not sell them.

Where they are stored

In Cloudflare D1, a database in the United States, which Cloudflare runs for us. The waitlist and the newsletter are stored there.

How long we keep them

For the waitlist: until teldash launches and 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

The newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address (in lowercase), the language of the page, the path of the page where you signed up (the path only, without parameters), the date and time, the version of this notice you saw and a random code, kept only as a hash, with which we will be able to build your unsubscribe link. We do not store your IP address or your browser's details. We use the address only to send you the teldash newsletter, about once a month. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe we keep the address marked as unsubscribed, so that we do not write to you again, for up to 12 months, and then we delete it.

To unsubscribe or to ask us to delete your address, write to [email protected]. Once we send the newsletter, every issue will also carry an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them or to delete them. To do so, write from the address you signed up with to [email protected].
